Activity Work Plans

As part of our funding agreement with the Australian Government, we develop and deliver annual Activity Work Plans (AWPs).

Each AWP outlines the activities and services we commission under a specific funding schedule. The plans describe how funding is used to support the delivery of primary health care services and address the health needs of people and communities across the Northern Territory.
