NT PHN is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct.
Our Whistleblower Policy provides a safe and confidential way for eligible individuals to report suspected wrongdoing or serious misconduct. Reports are assessed and investigated through a fair, impartial and objective process, with protections in place to support whistleblowers and safeguard their identity.
Anonymous disclosures can be made; however, this may limit our ability to investigate the matter fully or provide updates on the outcome.
