Youth mental health services

Youth mental health services

Youth mental health services support early intervention for children and young people with, or at risk of, a mental illness. This includes those with severe mental illness who are being managed in primary care.

headspace

We commission headspace to deliver youth mental services. They provide early intervention mental health services to 12-25-year-olds to improve mental health outcomes for young people. They run a number of centres across the Northern Territory.

Darwin

headspace Darwin, including the Early Psychosis Youth Service (EYPS), is managed by Anglicare NT. Headspace and EYPS services are located at:

13-17 Scaturchio St
Casuarina

An outreach service is also available in Palmerston.

Alice Springs

headspace Alice Springs is managed by Central Australian Aboriginal Congress and is located at:

Katherine

headspace Katherine is managed by Anglicare NT and is located at:

Randazzo Centre, Level 1, 16 Katherine Terrace
