This free webinar is for all primary healthcare professionals wishing to learn more about the impact of chronic kidney (CKD) disease on older people.
Presenter
Dr Chris Bollen, GP Consultant.
Chris is a GP currently practicing at Oakden Medical Centre in SA and GP representative for the Primary Care Education Advisory Committee for Kidney Health Australia. Over the past 8 years he has educated health professionals on topics relating to better health care for older people.
Chris’ area of interest is improving clinical and business outcomes in general practice in areas such as systems for chronic disease management, doctor’s health, care of older people, interfaces between primary care, community and hospital, quality improvement and change leadership.
