Provider Connect Australia (PCA) is a free service that helps healthcare organisations keep their business information accurate and up to date across the healthcare system.
NT PHN supports the use of PCA to improve data accuracy, strengthen digital health connections and reduce administrative work for healthcare providers and their business partners.
Watch the video below for an overview of how PCA works.
By registering with PCA you will be able to publish your organisation’s details with NT PHN and the National Health Services Directory, which powers Healthdirect’s Service Finder.
You’ll need a PRODA account to register. If you don’t have one, register for PRODA first.

PCA can help organisations that rely on accurate information from healthcare providers streamline their processes and reduce manual data entry.
As a PCA business partner, your organisation can receive updates directly from registered healthcare organisations. This helps keep provider information current and reduces the risk of errors when details are entered manually.
