Severe and complex mental health illness

We support the clinical care coordination for people in the NT through commissioning providers to deliver severe and complex services in the Territory.

Mental Health Nurse Program

This service is available for people who experience severe and complex mental illness.

The Mental Health Nurse Program helps people access mental health nursing care so they can manage their symptoms of severe and complex mental illness to avoid unnecessary hospitalisation.

This program is delivered by a mental health nurse either in a clinical setting, the community, or a patient’s home with no time or session limitations.
