Quality, Audit and Accreditation Business Partner  

Northern Territory PHN leads the development and coordination of an equitable, comprehensive primary health care system and an engaged health workforce driven by community needs. 

  • Salary:$99 357 + Super

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

The Quality, Audit, and Accreditation Business Partner is responsible for  

  • implementation and ongoing management of NT PHN’s Quality Management System to meet the requirements for ISO 9001:2015 certification.  
  • implementation and ongoing management of NT PHN’s Information Security Management System to meet the requirements for ISO 27001:2022 certification. 
  • Implementation of an organisation-wide audit program, overseeing external audits and conducting internal audits as required, monitoring and closure of corrective actions from Audits conducted internally and externally across NT PHN. 

 

The Quality, Audit, and Accreditation Business Partner interacts with teams across the organisation to deliver key quality and information security outcomes, to close corrective actions arising from audits in a timely manner, to drive continuous improvement, and to maintain certification against relevant ISO Standards. 

 If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to chat:  

  • Lead implementation of the Quality Management System in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and the conformity assessment body.   
  • Lead implementation of the Information Security Management System in collaboration with IT, internal stakeholders, and external contractors. 
  • Drive internal collaboration to source, locate, develop, and present all evidence required to support the organisation in accreditation/certification activities. 
  • Proactively monitor, identify, and analyse gaps in quality and systems and develop quality improvement recommendations on time. 
  • Maintain a working knowledge of industry legislative and accreditation requirements and act in an advisory capacity to staff on quality and information security management systems. 
  • Contribute to and develop high-level business documents, including business and project plans, policies, procedures, reports, templates, and briefing papers. 
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve internal capacity regarding the quality and information security management systems and ensure the socialisation of key organisational policies and procedures. 
  • Develop positive and productive working relationships and contribute to an inspiring team environment with a learning mindset and culture of open communication and trust.
