The Workshop

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce are vital partners in the path to viral hepatitis elimination. Join us in Larrakia country, Garamilla, Darwin and learn alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders and peers from around Australia. This interactive course will deepen your knowledge of hepatitis B management in community. Those interested in learning more about viral hepatitis are invited to join us at the 14th Australasian Viral Hepatitis Conference from 1-3 August 2024, at the Darwin Convention Centre.

Learning Outcomes

This workshop will help you:

  • Learn more about hepatitis B, how common hep B is, how it’s passed on and how to prevent getting hep B
  • Understand your role in managing hepatitis B, including health promotion and health living

CPD

This is a NAATSIHWP accredited activity. AHPRA registered health practitioners receive 11 CPD points.
