What’s the role?

• Provide podiatry services to clients in community both locally and remotely.
• Deliver competent and thorough podiatry assessment, diagnosis, intervention, documentation and case management.
• Organise and prioritise allocated patient caseload and undertake routine podiatry tasks within well-established clinical protocols
• Provide a mix of 1:1, group and multidisciplinary services
• Prescribe and assist in the provision of appropriate equipment and aids.
• Build strong working relationships with both clients, community and family members and other staff members

Is this the right role for you?

• Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent from a recognised university or college institute
• AHPRA registration
• Driver’s license
• In-depth foot care and medical knowledge
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Paediatric experience is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel to provide services to clients either via driving or small aircraft.

NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
