The RFT seeks to increase access to allied health services to provide person-centred care for Australians that improves health outcomes and reduces avoidable hospitalisations, particularly in relation to chronic disease.  The tender aims to procure the following 3 elements:Â
The RFT is available to individuals and organisations to either jointly (e.g., in group/consortium arrangements) or independently submit an application to engage with NT PHN in this matter.
RFT documents, including information and application template, will be available via NT PHN’s TenderLink portal. TenderLink is a secure platform, which enables organisations to receive notifications of tenders, ask questions about a tender and apply for a tender.Â

An information briefing session will be held to provide an opportunity to ask any questions you have about the activity priorities or application process.
