Wounds Australia (NT) Twilight Event – Save our Soles – 30 November 2022

Optimise foot wound healing outcomes

Diabetes-related foot wounds disproportionately affect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living in the NT.

These foot wounds can have a profound impact on a person’s quality of life, with extended periods of time off-Country for treatment if not addressed early. Early detection and management of foot wounds is paramount.

Join our expert presenters to discuss the role of Podiatry, and the importance of wound offloading techniques, debridement, and dressing selection to optimise foot wound healing outcomes.
