Flinders University’s Rural and Remote Health NT Clinical Academy invites Alice Springs health professionals to attend two days of workshops with Dr Claire McKie.
Facilitator
Dr Claire McKie, Geriatrician and Supervisor of Intern Training at Barwon Health, Victoria.
As a clinician and supervisor, Claire sees the impact that high-pressure environments take on healthcare professionals.
Claire’s focus is in using her skills to look at culture change and wellbeing at work. Claire explores ways to bring meaningful conversations about feelings into the workplace.
She is passionate about helping leaders and their teams craft more compassionate, connected, inclusive and emotionally healthy workplaces.
Her passion lies in fostering a culture that prioritise well-being, helping colleagues care for themselves and each other.
