Australian College of Nursing Free Webinar – Are We OK? Self and Team Wellbeing in End of Life Care

Flinders End-of-Life Essentials (EOLE) and the Australian Collage of Nursing are delivering a free online panel discussion as part of R U OK Day on the 12th of September 2024.

 Webinar Outline

The topic will be self-care for health professionals in acute hospitals, with a specific focus on collective self-care, asking ‘Are we okay?’, stepping back from the individual level, and considering the broader healthcare team. As part of the discussion, the EOLE team will outline how EOLE education and resources can help assist health professionals and healthcare teams with their self-care practices and build their confidence in caring for patients at the end of life.

  2. Consider workplace strategies that can be used to promote individual self-care and collective well being in your clinical /work setting.
  3. Identify personal self-care activities and resources you can apply/utilise in your daily life
