The NT PHN invites you to join us for a free CPD webinar with Sexual Health Physician Dr Manoji Gunathilake.

Presenter

Dr Manoji Gunathilake (MBBS/MD/DFSRH/FAChSHM/AFRACMA) is the Head of Sexual Health & Blood Borne Virus Unit of Centre for Disease Control, NT Department of Health. She is a senior staff specialist in Sexual Health Medicine and worked as the sole Sexual health physician in the NT since 2014. 

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the latest guidelines for syphilis screening, diagnosis, and management, with a focus on high-risk groups and congenital syphilis prevention.
  • Ensure effective treatment, notification, and public health reporting in line with best-practice approaches to reduce transmission.
