ASHM invites primary health practitioners to join this interactive course on HCV management.
This course aims to empower participants with the skills and confidence to diagnose, assess, manage, and treat hepatitis C (HCV) in primary care.
Target Audience
General practitioners, nurse practitioners, other practitioners prescribing or intending to prescribe s85 direct-acting
antiviral medication for HCV in primary care settings in Australia.

Learning Outcomes

- Identify when screening and testing for HCV is indicated
- Interpret HCV test results
- Discuss required pre-treatment assessments
- Determine which treatment, monitoring, and follow-up is required.
