This free online forum, hosted by ASHM, provides a platform for healthcare professionals, peer workers, and sector leaders.
Explore hepatitis C care integration in housing, mental health, and AOD settings. Participants will learn about innovative strategies, including peer-led and nurse-led models, stigma reduction, and person-centered approaches.
Who Should Attend?
Nurses, Community-based workers, NSP Workers, and Peer Workers who are working in housing and homelessness, mental health and/or AOD settings. Other healthcare providers and allied health workers with an interest in hepatitis C are welcome to join.
Key Topics Include:
- overcoming barriers in healthcare systems,
- enhancing community engagement, and,
- improving care pathways.
Attendees will benefit from interactive sessions, expert-led discussions, and access to resources and practical tools for implementation. Join us to collaborate on solutions that advance client outcomes and service accessibility.
