Self-paced online learning modules for NT primary health care professionals that have been developed by Bauhinia Health in partnership with Integrated Disability Action Inc (IdA).
The following series of online learning modules are designed specifically for self-paced learning by primary health care professionals. The goal is to equip providers with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver more inclusive and appropriate care to patients with disabilities.
Each module features real voices and stories from people with disabilities, sharing their lived experiences navigating primary care. These authentic insights provide powerful context and reflection opportunities for health professionals.
The information provided in these learning modules is intended to support education, reflection, and access to relevant resources for primary health care professionals.
